Sapphire provide a courtesy vehicle whilst vehicles are being repaired. Every vehicle is valeted before it is returned to our employee. When the vehicle is returned it is returned by a Sapphire employee who is wearing corporate workwear, which makes them easy to identify. Sapphire drivers will always ring to advise when they are delayed in traffic.
