Collection

As soon as the repair notification is received one of our friendly service advisors will contact you direct to arrange the collection of your vehicle if undriveable or unroadworthy. If the vehicle is driveable we will either invite you to call in for an estimate or if this isn’t convenient, we can arrange for a mobile estimate or an estimate from images. With over 50 courtesy cars available, we can keep you on the road throughout the duration of repairs.

Assessment of Damage

A preliminary assessment of your vehicle will be conducted depending on what works best for you. If you are unable to bring the vehicle to site, we offer mobile estimates or an initial estimate from images. Depending on the damage, what happens next may vary, but don’t worry, our service stay will be on hand the whole way to make sure you are satisfied and kept up to date.  An estimated completion date will then be set.

Parts Required

Upon identify the parts required, one of our parts controllers will then contact the preferred approved dealer/supplier to order the parts. When the parts arrive on site, the order is checked to see if all parts are correct/parts haven’t been damaged during transit. The parts will be labeled to the job number/registration and will then be moved to our storage area.

Repairs

Our highly skilled technicians will then set to work using manufacturer methods to repair your vehicle to get it back to the manufacturer standard. Our updates team will ensure you are kept up to date throughout the repair process. Learn more about our repairs through the links above.

Valet

Once the repairs have been completed, we offer a complementary valet ensuring key touch points are sterilised thoroughly. Pior to this we carry out a quality control process using high intensity lighting. This allows our techicians to see any imperfections or blemishes in the paintwork. Before the inspection begins the technician will also ensure all parts of the job card have been completed and signed off.

Handover

As the vehicle nears its completion date, we’ll be in touch to arrange the handover. We prefer for customers to collect from site so the repairs can be discussed but delivery can be arranged if preferred. All our work has a lifetime warranty for repairs carried out as well as manufacturer warranties on all parts.
